VASPER
Vasper is a revolutionary health and fitness technology that combines compression, cooling and interval training to help the body restore, rebuild, and achieve peak vitality. A 21-minute Vasper session stimulates hormone production that mimics the results of a much longer high-intensity workout. The result: A much larger population is able to reap the benefits of an intense workout even if they are not physically able to do so in the gym. A Vasper session leaves you energized and rejuvenated, primed to heal, recover, and perform.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
Clients should arrive wearing comfortable workout attire. Each session lasts 21 minutes, and your Health Tech Host will discuss your goals before selecting the right program for each session. With 4 different levels of intensity (Introductory, Rehab & Recovery, Personal Fitness, and Athletic Performance), your session will always be customized to support your goals. Upon completing your session, you will then spend a few minutes on one of our cooling beds to allow your body to process the effects of your workout.
